Trading conditions

You must see still images and video production as a finished product with the conditions we have entered into together. The rights to the material are owned by the photographer/videographer. The customer has the right to use the finished product. Third parties have no right of use. Raw material can be purchased free of charge. See more about Copyright .

Terms of payment

Net 8 days for existing business customers. 50% prepaid for new customers. 100% prepaid for private customers. For prices over DKK 20,000 and longer-term productions, 50% of the task price is paid before the job starts. New customers pay 100% prepaid when the agreement is concluded. In the case of video production, where the production time exceeds 3 weeks, payment is made after the recording has ended, and for editing/cutting when the task is finished and delivered.

VIDEO PRODUCTION

Usage rights on video production

When you buy a video production, you buy a finished video or film. You may therefore not cut or edit the material further, nor use selected clips in other material from a third party, without consent. The best thing is to ask and we will find the right solution. There will be cases where I give consent and am therefore aware of the situation.

Delivery of raw material

When you buy a product, you buy the finished film, not the raw material. I basically keep the raw material if customers want more videos cut later. It is possible to buy the raw material, but in most cases it is not recommended, since:

1) A professional is needed to navigate file formats, color profiles, frame rates, resolution, etc.

2) There is a major sorting job when handing over files.

3) It is usually larger amounts of data that must be transferred to hard drives and sent physically.

Purchase of raw material

It is possible to purchase raw material. The price varies from job to job, as the data volumes also vary. As a starting point, the price example below is for 1 recording day. The starting price for free purchase is DKK 7,000, which includes a suitably sized external hard drive and shipping, then hours spent sorting, naming files and transferring to hard drive. The hourly price is DKK 500 Example: Free purchase price + 2 hours = DKK 8,000 ex. VAT.

Cancellation of assignment

Cancellation of concluded agreements is possible up to 14 working days before starting date. Cancellations up to 8 working days before starting date will be charged 50% of the total price excl. transportation. Cancellation less than 8 working days before starting date will be charged 100% of the total price excl. transportation.

Postponement is taken if necessary, but as a minimum with 8 days' notice.

All prices are exclusive of VAT.

Personal data policy (GDPR)

Personal data policy in relation to customers and business partners at PengVisuals.

Applies to PengVisuals. PengVisuals collects and processes personal data about customers and business partners. This is exclusively information that has been provided by the customer themselves. No unnecessary data is collected.

Collected information

E.g. name, company name, CVR no., EAN no., address, telephone number, email address and bank account number etc. are collected. General invoice information is pulled via Dinero.dk and Virk.dk

Data processing

Personal data is used exclusively as contact information and for invoicing and agreements/contracts. PengVisuals primarily deals with business customers.

Availability of the information

The information is only available at PengVisuals, which is a sole proprietorship. The information is available on the work computer as protected by passwords. All data about customers and business partners is not shared with people outside the company without consent.

Data security

PengVisuals has collected business/personal data on work computer protected by passwords. Additional data for invoicing is only registered in Dineno.dk. If there is a breach of security, the Norwegian Data Protection Authority will be notified within 72 hours of the time of the discovery of the breach of personal data security. Furthermore, the registered persons will be notified of the breach without undue delay.

Consent

Sending emails to PengVisuals containing personal data is considered consent and this data is retained as long as it is relevant for the collaboration. Customers and business partners can revoke consent at any time.

Material in the form of images, video and sound

PengVisuals produces images and video and as a natural part records with people are stored. The recordings are worked on as long as the project is ongoing, then the recordings are archived on hard drives or in some cases deleted completely. This happens as long as it is relevant for PengVisuals purpose and work. The people involved have given their consent to be in the pictures/recordings. You also have the option to revoke your consent under any circumstances. Consent with e.g. models can be given in writing and orally, and if PengVisuals is a subcontractor, the customer is responsible for consent with the persons involved.
